The chef starts with morning market shopping for fresh ingredients and prepares a complete feast including appetisers, soup, main course, sides, dessert, and a festive drink (serving 6 to 8 people). The chef sends a detailed menu and budget list three days in advance; after your confirmation, you pay the deposit. On the day, the chef wears a neat uniform, brings aprons and serving utensils, and cleans the kitchen completely after the last guest leaves.
