Description

A meal prep service for frequent travellers or overtime workers. The chef comes once for 4 to 6 hours to prepare a large batch of freezable meal packs such as chicken curry, braised beef brisket, tomato meat sauce, or vegetable soup. Each pack is portioned for one person and labelled with reheating instructions. The service includes planning the shopping list, batch cooking, cooling, and organising the freezer. Since the workload is fixed, the deposit is calculated by working hours, and the total ingredient cost depends on the menu quantities you confirm; a detailed purchase list is provided at final settlement.
